DUDLEY OBSERVATORY 2008 AWARDS CEREMONY, RECEPTION AND STARGAZING

The Dudley Observatory will present Astronomy Awards to 10 students and 2 teachers from the Capital District.  Please join us for an evening Reception and Telescope observing in honor of these outstanding students and teachers on Tuesday May 27th at 8:00 pm at the Albany Pine Bush Discovery Center, 195 New Karner Road, Albany.

Awards to be presented include:
Rising Star Internships, whose winners will each receive a telescope and be mentored by members of the Albany Area Amateur Astronomers;

The Hessberg Astronomy Campership which covers tuition and travel expenses for the Advanced Astronomy Camp in Tucson, Arizona.
